Altitude CI brings Trinnov’s exclusive active acoustics technologies to the world of Pro Audio Music studios, Games, TV/Film Post Production and Preview Theatres. An expandable channel count allows you to take advantage of the CI’s comprehensive IO set including HDMI, Dante, and AES connectivity.

For those looking to build immersive studios, Atmos mix rooms, post-production suites or large private cinemas and need more channels than a standard Nova; the Trinnov Altitude CI delivers a rack-efficient, network-native AV room optimisation with full scalability, professional-grade Dolby and DTS decoding, and the flexibility required for complex speaker layouts.

Whether you’re working on a 7.1.4 Atmos mix, a multi-row theatre, or a large post-production/ref-mix facility, Altitude CI gives you the processing power, channel capacity, and connectivity to match.

Scalable Channel Counts

  • Flexible licensing allows you to choose the exact number of output channels you need, from 8 up to 32, expandable in 2-channel steps.

  • Three configurable Ethernet ports (with SFP cages) offer flexible network design including redundant paths, integrated switching, or separate audio/control networks.

Versatile IO

  • Up to 32 channels of AES/EBU I/O and 8 analogue outputs alongside Dante/AES67 AoIP give you ultimate flexibility for hybrid digital-analogue systems.

  • Any output channel can be assigned to any physical output, simplifying complex speaker configurations.

3D Microphone

The measurement microphone has been improved with your needs in mind; simplicity and reliability. Now equipped with phantom power (no more batteries required) and integrated memory, a further streamlined calibration process is provided, removing the need to manually import the microphone compensation file. Additionally, it then connects to a dedicated etherCON port, and can be used with any CAT6 network connector.

WaveForming

Trinnov WaveForming is a multi-subwoofer optimisation technology that actively controls low-frequencies creating uniform bass across the listening area. You can experience the benefits of WaveForming with as few as 4 subwoofers (two at the front and two at the back of the room).

WaveForming suppresses room modes and dramatically reduces low-frequency reverberation, resulting in bass with unprecedented clarity, impact, and definition.

Bass Management

Subwoofer integration is a common challenge in studios. Yet, integrating subwoofers seamlessly still brings multiple benefits to all mixers and sound designers. Altitude CI handles this daunting task easily either over single or dual subwoofer configurations and lets you even share the same subwoofers across multiple monitor sets in an instant.

It pairs perfectly with networked digital to analog converters like the Merging Technologies HAPI for full room optimisation and DA conversion. It also works with multichannel amplifiers like Trinnov’s Amplitude 16 (optional Dante input)

User interface

Fueled with the desire to make the Altitude CI more accessible for new users, a new, Windows or Mac compliant, interface was designed featuring reworked menu structures and help where its needed. A step-by-step guide was introduced to help new users quickly calibrate and get started. Moreover, an ‘Expert Mode’ feature was added, enabling users to access and manage all advanced settings with ease.

In conjunction, Trinnov Audio have produced an App that can control the Altitude CI wirelessly, provided they are on the same network. Take control of your processor’s main features, volume,  and preset selection. From the Trinnov app, you can also open a simple control window rather than the full user interface. For example, from controlling the volume to muting and dimming, the app will even let you change sources or trigger your favourite presets, just to name a few options.

La Remote

Altitude CI has full functionality with Trinnov Audios dedicated hardware controller ‘’La Remote’’. Through an easy drag ‘n’ drop web interface, personalize ‘’La Remote’’ to your workflow, and adjust the functions and labels of its seven buttons to suit your environment!
