Why extend the warranty to 5 years?

Trinnov’s decision to extend the warranty underscores their profound confidence in NOVA’s reliability and dedication to providing products designed for long-term performance. As the first of a new generation of Trinnov products, NOVA succeeds the best-selling ST2 Pro and includes the latest developments from the brand. Among these developments is a new hardware platform, even more robust than the previous one, and whose failure rate observed on the first 1000 machines sold is extraordinarily low.

Who can benefit from this warranty?

This warranty extension is retroactive, which means that all NOVA users benefit from this warranty extension, including the first customers, whose warranty is about to expire in a few days. Note however that beyond the legal warranty period of 2 years, the 5-year warranty extension is only valid in the country of original purchase. This excludes cross-border purchases, where a purchase has been made in a country different from the one where the warranty is claimed.

How to exercise this warranty?
